Adriano Monteiro
Founder & CEO
Adriano is the founder and CEO of BRZTEC, with over 17 years of experience in Offensive Security. He holds a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and several security certifications, including Pentest+, SecurityX, and others. He has worked for various companies such as Banco BMG, Banco bs2, and Localiza, where he developed Pentest and Vulnerability Management projects. He is a member of organizations such as ISACA and ISSA. Over the last decade, he has managed numerous Pentest projects and gained extensive experience in attack and defense against hackers/crackers. Today, he manages a team of Pentest and Vulnerability Management specialists offering Pentest services, security assessments, consulting, and training to public and private companies. Our clients in South America include commercial banks, commerce service companies, internet and ISP providers, and startups. In North America, our clients include large international companies specializing in secure payment, mobile solutions, identity solutions, digital certification, and loan companies. He has also conducted numerous security research projects resulting in CVEs and Acknowledgments from Google, Trend Micro, IBM, Adobe, GM, Twilio, and organizations such as the DoD – Department of Defense.

Administrative Management
With a degree and postgraduate studies in Financial Management and Controllership, I have 13 years of experience in the administrative-financial area in different segments, specializing in Tax Planning and Consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. At BRZTEC since March 2022, I have evolved from a Consultant to a strategic position in administrative and financial management, working on process organization, strengthening controls, and supporting decision-making, focusing on business efficiency and sustainability.
Douglas Cruz
Sales & Marketing Management
#whoami $: My name is Douglas Cruz (w4rl0ck1), a graduate in Computer Networks. My journey at BRZTEC began even before the company's formal operation; I was responsible for creating the visual identity and, in 2023, I joined as a consultant, working directly on technical execution, vulnerability identification, and improving the security maturity of clients. Today, I am consolidating the integration of TechCruz into BRZTEC, strengthening the company's positioning and expanding its presence in the cybersecurity market.
Brenner Alexandria
Operational Management
I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and am certified in Full Stack Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I began my journey at BRZTEC as an intern in 2023 and progressed to Information Security Consultant. Combining my technical background with best project management practices, I orchestrate the entire vulnerability lifecycle, from indicator control to agile remediation monitoring. Today, I solidify my commitment to BRZTEC by joining the company as an Operations Manager. In addition to managing security testing queues, my main focus is to facilitate and expand strategic alignment between our technical teams and clients.
